• 50% refund if withdrawal occurs within the first two weeks of the program
• No refund after two weeks from program commencement
• Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval

Student Responsibilities

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
• Not engage in academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating
